Three situations where local wins
You want someone in the room
Multi-site operations, factory floors and field teams often need a rollout that involves being physically present. A local partner can be.
Your industry has its own rules
Contractor compliance, rostering norms, sector-specific documentation — a firm that works in your industry daily starts several conversations ahead.
You already have a trusted firm
If a consultancy already advises you on HR, finance or IT, having them implement is often faster than briefing someone new on how you work.
When Bhivo is the better choice
Straightforward single-site rollouts, or organisations that want the product team directly. Then Bhivo services is usually the shorter path.
The bar, stated plainly
A certified partner has been trained on the platform by the Bhivo team, works from the same migration and configuration playbooks the services team uses, and has a defined support and escalation route back into Bhivo. That last part is the one worth checking anywhere you buy software through a partner: what happens when the issue turns out to be the platform, not the configuration.
Partners build on real extension points rather than customising a codebase, which is why a partner-built solution survives a platform upgrade. That constraint protects you more than it protects us.
The directory is being built out — a browsable listing with per-partner detail, industry focus and region is in progress. Until then, tell us where you are and what you do, and we will point you at the right firm or tell you honestly that our own team is the better fit.
