Connect payroll, ATS and identity in a few clicks.

The systems around an HRMS are usually the ones nobody will give up — the accounting stack finance has run for a decade, the identity provider IT standardised on, the job boards your candidates actually use. Integrations connect them so data arrives instead of being exported.

An integration should remove a step, not add a system.

How a connection gets set up

Some are self-serve; some need both sides
Step 1

Pick the system

Identify what you run today and which module it should land in — most integrations map to exactly one.

Step 2

Authorise

Credentials or API access are configured once, on your side and ours, with scope limited to what the integration needs.

Step 3

Map the fields

Employee identifiers, cost centres and site codes are matched between systems so records join correctly rather than duplicating.

Step 4

Validate in parallel

The connection runs alongside your existing process for one cycle and is reconciled before anything is switched over.

Three families

Where the integrations actually go

Payroll and finance

Salary register, cost-centre reporting and statutory dues sync to Tally, Zoho Books or QuickBooks, so finance is not re-entering figures from a payslip summary. Banking connections handle disbursal from the approved run.

ATS and hiring channels

Vacancies distribute to LinkedIn, Naukri and Indeed, and applications return into one recruitment pipeline rather than three inboxes. Where you already run a separate ATS, the handoff is at the accepted offer.

Identity and directory

Okta, Entra ID and Google sign-in provide secure login and centralised access control — which also means joining, transferring and leaving change what someone can open, driven by the HRMS rather than a ticket.

FAQ

Questions about integrations

Some are; others need configuration on your side as well as ours — an identity provider or an accounting connection usually involves your IT or finance team. Those are scoped as part of implementation rather than switched on from a settings page.
