Three things, and we would rather be specific than impressive. First, the app has to land in a module — a general-purpose data export is not an integration, it is a file. Second, it has to be reviewed for how it handles employee data, because HR records are the most sensitive data most businesses hold. Third, it has to be built against real extension points so it survives a platform upgrade.
That third point rules out a class of listing common elsewhere: the integration that works beautifully at launch and quietly breaks two releases later, leaving the customer to discover it. Because Bhivo's organisation model and workflow logic are configured as data rather than hard-coded, the extension points are stable enough to build against — which is what makes the commitment possible.
What does not get listed is anything whose only claim is that it exists. If a connection needs building rather than switching on, it belongs with the services team or a partner.
