This is the named-specialist role our services pages describe. You hold the whole engagement, and the customer’s go-live is your outcome.
How we hire
Every application is read by a person; you hear back within ten working days either way. Then a 30-minute conversation with the hiring manager, a practical exercise close to the actual job (paid if it runs over two hours), and a final conversation with the team you would join. We make an offer within a week of that.
Compensation and benefits
Compensation is shared in the first conversation and we do not ask for your current salary. Health cover extends to family, there is a learning budget, and performance is run on quarterly check-ins rather than an annual review, in Bhivo, because we run on our own product.
