About the role
This is a six-month contract with the option to extend. You will work with the services and payroll teams so what we publish is accurate, not just readable.
How we hire
Every application is read by a person; you hear back within ten working days either way. Then a 30-minute conversation with the hiring manager, a practical exercise close to the actual job (paid if it runs over two hours), and a final conversation with the team you would join. We make an offer within a week of that.
Compensation and benefits
Compensation is shared in the first conversation and we do not ask for your current salary. Health cover extends to family, there is a learning budget, and performance is run on quarterly check-ins rather than an annual review, in Bhivo, because we run on our own product.
